Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Who we are

Deportes CSI is the tournament and sports events platform of the Athletic Department of Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola ("the School"), in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It publishes schedules, results, standings, brackets, venues and notices for events organized by the School, such as the 2026 Volleyball & Soccer Tournament.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Use of the site

  • The site is free and informational. The public does not need an account.
  • Only staff authorized by the Athletic Department sign in, to enter scores and publish notices.
  • The site does not sell tickets or process payments. Admission is paid at each venue's points of sale.

3. Live information

  • Times, courts, scores, standings and brackets update during the event and may change, run late or contain errors.
  • "Estimated" times are calculated automatically and are only a guide.
  • What counts is the decision of the officials and the Athletic Department at the venue. If the site differs from what is announced at the venue, the venue announcement prevails.
  • The School is not responsible for decisions made based on live information.

4. Automated assistant (chat)

  • "Ask the Lion" answers automatically with official event information. It may be wrong or not have the answer.
  • Do not share personal information (emails, phone numbers, addresses or student information).
  • It gives no medical, legal or safety advice. In an emergency, call 911 and tell event staff.
  • Rude, offensive messages, or messages contrary to the School's Catholic and Ignatian values, get a warning; if repeated, the chat closes for that visit.

5. Conduct

When using the site you agree to treat players, coaches, officials, families and staff with respect; not to try to access staff areas or accounts without authorization, alter scores or interfere with the site; and not to use automated tools to query the site in bulk or abuse the chat.

6. Logos, names and trademarks

  • The logos, names, crests and trademarks of each institution belong to that institution. This includes each participating school, the league (PRHSAA) and sponsors.
  • The site uses them only to identify the teams and entities taking part in the event, as each institution provides them, without modification (only resized or reformatted for display).
  • Their use does not mean those institutions sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with the platform, nor that the School holds any rights to them.
  • You may not copy, download for reuse or modify those logos and marks from the site. To use them, ask the owning institution for permission.
  • An institution that wants its logo or name corrected or removed may write to the contact in section 12, and it will be handled promptly.
  • The marks of Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola (including "Leones" and its crest), and the platform's texts, design and code, belong to the School.

7. Minors

Many players and visitors are minors. The site therefore publishes no names, photos or individual statistics of players: only the school or team name and its logo. No accounts are created for minors. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Broadcasts, links and third-party services

  • Some live broadcasts are shown from YouTube and belong to their producers; YouTube's terms and privacy policy apply when you play them.
  • Links to donations, admissions, store, social media and maps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze) lead to School or third-party sites with their own terms. The School does not control third-party sites.

9. Availability

The site is provided "as is". It may be unavailable due to maintenance, poor connectivity at the venues or causes beyond the School's control. Without a connection, the site shows the last information saved on your device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for errors in live information.

11. Changes and governing law

  • The School may update these terms; the last-updated date appears above.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, United States federal law. (To be confirmed by the School's legal counsel.)
